Before I ever wrote a line of code, I was in real estate. I grew up in property management alongside my father, a broker for more than 50 years. When I earned my own license I learned the industry's open secret fast: nobody teaches you how to be an agent. You get a license, a handshake, and you're on your own. The agents who made it had a formula. Nobody hands you one.

So I went the other way and spent more than 15 years in tech. I started in healthcare with Tenet Healthcare and HCA Healthcare, then Warner Music Group, Cisco, and Prudential, going from marketing into front end and back end development and now UX. Along the way I helped startups and organizations of every size ship products. And real estate kept pulling me back. The people I'm closest to sell homes for a living. I watched them piece together a plan alone, or pay a coach $800 to $2,000 a month to stay on track.

Coachmark is all of that put to work. I built it from scratch, nights and weekends: the marketing, the product design, the front end and the back end, every screen and every line. After 15+ years of shipping for other companies, colleague startups, side projects, and weekend hackathons, I felt ready to build something of my own. It's the tool I wished existed when I started: a daily coach that builds your plan, tells you today's move, checks in every night, and proves progress with your real numbers.
